How to meditate?

1- Set your ideals and purposes:

First ideal would be to attune yourself to God, and then ask yourself, "Why do I want to meditate?"

Meditation is an effective way to awaken a wide variety of possible experiences

such as, development of psychic ability, the remembrance of past lives, the move-

ment of powerful energy currents through the body.

2- Decide upon a suitable time, place and position for meditation:

  • For all people, the period from 2:00 to 3:00 in the morning facing the East is particularly suited for meditation.
  • Before or at sunrise
  • Before breakfast and dinner

Try to meditate atleast 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening facing the East in a quiet place.

3- Self-preparation:

  • Take a shower or bath
  • Wash specific parts of the body
  • Certain types of breathing (Yoga )
  • Certain odors and oils
  • Certain incantations
  • Certain music, incense, sounds, tones, bells, cymbals, drums
  • Reading inspirational material
  • Have white light on at night during the meditation ( It`s not about the color, it`s about the vibration )
  • Prayer for protection
  • Use a affirmation such as:
  1. - Mind is the builder
  2. How may I serve you? How can I help humanity? What is my purpose in life?
  3. Let me be a channel of peace in the world, the wisdom of God fills my mind.

Find that which is to yourself the more certain way to your consciousness of puri-

fying body and minds.

4- Finally:

  • Sit upright with the spine straight. Drop your head forward down slowly and raise up. ( 3 times )
  • Let you head drop back slowly and raise it back up. ( 3 times )
  • Do the same movement to the right and to tha left. (3 times )
  • Let your head drop forward and rotate it clockwise (3 times )
  • Then let your head drop forward and rotate it counterclockwise (3 times )
  • Sit or lie in an easy position, without binding garments about the body. Breath in through the right nostril (3 times ) and exhale through the mouth.
  • Breath in through the left nostril and exhale through the right.
  • Then meditating upon that which is the highest ideal within yourself, raise the vibration from the lower consciousness through the centers of the body to the temple of the mind, the brain, the eye that is single in purpose, or to the glanular forces of the body as the Single Eye.   • And finish your meditation with pray
